It's all about losing weight Part 2
Assalamualaikum wbt.

As for 12 days, I've lost 1kg only! Dem .... kecewa lah juga sebab target 2kg.  Pagi ni bila timbang balik, aiks cam 69.5kg.....but it doesn't count lah since today hari ke 13 hahaha no cheating bah.

Well....I guessed my body sudah adapted sama suasana bulan puasa so pembakaran pun agak slow hehehe.  It's okay...life must go on (padahal kecewa hahaha).

So .... I'm thinking of changing my diet plan this week, since I bought so many vegies yesterday at Bundusan, jadiiiii sup sayur saja lah ini minggu.  Let's see how it's work, less rice (cannot cut terus menerus since I need energy di bulan puasa ini) and veggie soup = what-a-perfect-combination (^_^).

Aigooo...niat mo ambik gambar masa buat scaling tapi lupa lah...next post lah ya.
